PURPOSE: An anti-bacterial oxygen catalyst composition and a manufacturing method of porcelain tiles using thereof are provided to obtain a catalyst activation without irradiating lights including an ultraviolet light, and to manufacture an anti-bacterial functional porcelain at room temperature. CONSTITUTION: An anti-bacterial oxygen catalyst composition for manufacturing an anti-bacterial porcelain contains 30~50 parts of WO_3 by weight, 50~70 parts of MoO_3 by weight, less than 5 parts of catalyst activator by weight including 1~100 ppm of two ions selected from the group consisting of a platinum ion, a silver ion, and a rhodium ion, and the balance of water. A manufacturing method of porcelain tiles comprises the following steps: mixing the oxygen catalyst composition with glaze; spraying the mixture to the surface of a bisque fired porcelain; drying the porcelain; and baking the dried porcelain again. |
