PURPOSE: A wasted slurry recycling method and an apparatus using the same are provided to produce the cutting fluid of high purity by mixing water and additive with glycol ingredient. CONSTITUTION: A wasted slurry recycling method comprises following steps. While the wasted slurry is stirred, the viscosity of the wasted slurry is automatically measured, and the wasted slurry is heated until the viscosity value of the fixed range is obtained(S100,S110,S120). Cutting oil and abrasive are extracted by centrifugally separating wasted slurry(S100,S110,S120,S130). Cut powders are removed by centrifugally separating cutting fluid(S140). After removing the cut powder, the moisture of the cutting fluid is eliminated by heating the cutting fluid(S150). The glycol ingredient is extracted by evaporating the cutting fluid. The glycol ingredient is condensed and collected(S170). New cutting fluid is produced by mixing the glycol ingredient with the water and the additive(S180). |
