The rotor (1) has a blade (3) extended between parallel flanges (2) and rotatably mounted along a horizontal rotation axis. The blade has two semi-blades (30) placed with respect to the rotation axis in a staggered manner, such that the rotor presents an S-shaped transversal section. Rails (21, 22) connect each semi-blade with each flange. The rails displace each semi-blade along a plane diametral to the rotation axis, where the displacement of each semi-blade is symmetric to the displacement of another semi-blade and with respect to the axis. An independent claim is also included for a roof top wind turbine comprising a wind rotor.
