PURPOSE: An element for providing discriminative anonymity is provided to provide differentiated service to each service group by tracking a buyer through a legal procedure. CONSTITUTION: A group signature which is one form of a digital signature guarantees the anonymity of a signer from a receiver. The identity of signer is confirmed by a group manager. A protocol includes a service group joining step(1), an anonymous ID creating step(2 to 5), an anonymous tracking step(6 to 7) and a group withdrawing step(8). Conditions for ensuring the anonymity of a user is large size the service group, the constancy of the service group and a payment method.
