<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for repairing a defective part capable of suitably repairing a part with a complicated shape and achieving cost reduction of repair work, and to provide a system for repairing the same suitable for the method for repairing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method for repairing the defective part that repairs the defective part caused at the part by build-up processing includes: reference three-dimensional model generating processes S1, S2 for generating the reference three-dimensional model of the part; objective three-dimensional model generating processes S4, S5 for generating a three-dimensional model of part to be repaired by measuring the shape of the part having the defective part; difference model generating processes S6, S7 for generating a difference model by finding the difference between the reference three-dimensional model and the objective three-dimensional model; and a build-up processing process S8 for restoring the shape of the defective part by carrying out build-up processing based on the difference model. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
