<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant velocity joint in which a cage can oscillate with respect to an outer ring even when the cage and the outer ring collide with each other, and to provide a drive device and an image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: A restricting projection 71b as a restricting means for restricting relative movement of the cage 72 with respect to the outer ring 71 toward the outer ring 71 side is formed at a tip end face 71c' of an inner boss part 71c of the outer ring 71. The restricting projection 71b is provided at a rotational center of the outer ring 71, and its tip end has a hemispherical shape. When the cage 72 mounted on a first shaft 91 moves relatively with respect to the outer ring 71 toward the outer ring 71 side, the restricting projection 71b provided to the tip end face 71c' of the inner boss part 71c of the outer ring 71 comes in point contact with a spherical body holding part bottom face 72a' of the cage 72 and restricts movement of the cage 72 toward the outer ring 71 side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
