<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel dimerized cyclo derivative having an excellent DPP-IV inhibitory activity or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, and to provide a prophylactic and/or therapeutic agent for a DPP-IV-related disease which comprises the derivative or the pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient.
