<p>The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition in the form of a compact powder for making up and/or caring for the skin, comprising less than 5% by weight, preferably less than 3% by weight of binder in a free form relative to the total weight of the composition and at least one surface treated powder in an amount of at least 35% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition, said powder being a filler and/or a pigment, wherein said at least one surface treated powder is coated with a fat ester oil.
