<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the resistance to oxidation or the like to prevent deterioration of accuracy in detection of an operation input, and further to satisfactorily perform luminescent display of an input guide display part. <P>SOLUTION: An operation part 30 is provided on a lower surface of a top plate 16. The operation part 30 includes a first conductor 30a, an electric insulating layer 42 provided on the lower surface side, and a second conductor 30b opposed to the first conductor 30a through the electric insulating layer 42. A luminous body 45 is provided in a lower part of the second conductor 30b.
