PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that oil is not supplied in a close stroke of a refrigerant gas from a suction chamber or a compression start stroke, leakage from a compression chamber to the suction chamber is generated in the refrigerant gas close stroke, and thereby, performance is deteriorated, and leakage in the compression chamber is generated in the compression start stroke, and input is increased, and performance is deteriorated in any cases. SOLUTION: The scroll compressor includes a communication passage 35 communicating an oil supply hole 33 on a winding part upper surface of a lap 15b of a turning scroll 15 communicating with the suction chamber 19 and the compression chamber 34 formed by a lap of a fixed scroll 14 and the lap 15b of the turning scroll 15, and thereby, leakage between the suction chamber 19 and the compression chamber 34 and in the compression chamber 34 in the stroke from the start to the end of the compression can be suppressed while securing an oil supply amount.
