PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hood structure of a work vehicle, for improving working efficiency without the need for buffing and the like after selecting a rear end of a hood as an attachment target of an open-position retainer and fixing a bracket for attaching the open-position retainer. SOLUTION: A bent edge portion 44A, bent inward toward an interior space of the hood 44, is formed at the rear end of the hood 44. An attachment stay 15 is disposed on an inner surface of the rear end of the hood 44, and the attachment stay 15 is fixedly attached to the bent edge portion 44A. A hood opening/closing bracket 16 for supporting the hood 44 freely openable and closable on the machine body and an open-position retainer bracket 17 for installing the open-position retainer 18 which keeps the hood 44 open are attached to the attachment stay 15.
