Optimized outdoor accommodation facility (A) with attractive adaptable landscaping, characterized in that it comprises at least: an accommodation means landscaped with natural plants providing permanent greenery, consisting of plants (la) intended to produce oxygen and absorb carbon dioxide throughout the year or during most of the year according to the climate; and a means for positioning the leaves on several levels intended to increase the gas exchange area for photosynthesis and to increase their capacity to exploit the air space, these means being capable of cohabiting with means at least temporarily fixed to said facility (A), namely: a landscaped accommodation means for storing recovered rainwater and water used for watering; and landscaped accommodation means (C) for securely storing various objects (3), such as a clothes line (3a), an outdoor air-conditioning unit (3b), plants (1a), a bicycle, a domestic electrical appliance or a power socket, and in that said facility (A) provides an optimal natural landscaping effect in order to preserve or recreate harmony with the surrounding environment, such as a balcony, a bay window or a wall of a building.
