HIGH VOLTAGE BIAS CIRCUIT AND WHOLE BODY CONTAMINATION MONITOR USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A high voltage bias circuit and a whole body contamination monitor using the same are provided to reduce a noise due to switching by controlling a bias voltage with a linear method. CONSTITUTION: A high voltage bias circuit includes a photovoltaic isolator(230) and a voltage control device(240). A photovoltaic isolator includes a light emitting device(232) and a photoelectric conversion device(234). The photovoltaic conversion device converts the light emitted from the light emitting device into the voltage. The voltage control device controls the bias voltage based on the output voltage of the photovoltaic conversion device. The voltage control device has a lower withstand voltage than a bias voltage.
