<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a plurality of cooking operations using an apparatus capable of electrically controlling temperature of a convection steamer, etc. in parallel according to momentary variation at a cooking site to efficiently operate the convection steamer. <P>SOLUTION: Information on between what operation elements preheating may be started is included in recipe information by every cooking including operation elements constituting cooking procedures to be displayed on a display part such as a monitor, required time for each, and setting of temperature of heating, humidity, and heating time, progress of the operation elements is input from an input device to update the cooking procedures to be displayed on the display part by each piece of recipe information, and a control part instructs to preferentially perform utilization of the CS in recipe information in which an operation element for starting the preheating appears in progress of the operation elements in each piece of recipe information, and to stand by the utilization of the CS for procedures by recipe information constituting other cooking until the utilization is terminated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
