PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam sheet which can appropriately be used in place of A type corrugated board and materialize weight reduction. SOLUTION: The foam sheet has two layers of foam sheet parts A11 and A12 which have a cap film 1 and a back film 2 and are laminated with a cap 10 arranged in the direction to face them meets the following conditions (a)-(d): (a) the particle arrangement directions in the foam sheet parts A11 and A12 are made to be different by 30-60° from each other, (b) flexural strength measured according to JIS K 7203 is 0.001-10 MPa, (c) when flexural rigidity is measured twice continuously according to JIS K 7106, the second value is at least 50% of the first value. (d) When taking D for the diameter of the bubbles b, P for the arrangement pitch of the bubbles b in the same line, and θ for the dislocation angle of the bubbles of adjacent lines, the particle arrangement of bubbles b are as follows; P=1.05-1.3D and θ=50-65°.
