<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new flavonoid compound and an antioxidant agent containing the compound. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a new compound: 7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-4', 5-dihydroxy-3-[O-α-L-acetylrhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyloxy]flavone found out by structure analysis of a compound separated from a stalk and leaf of a plant of family Actinidiaceae.
