PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio apparatus etc. which can suppress useless power consumption.

SOLUTION: The radio apparatus is provided with: a memory 260 which stores the newest received frame whenever it receives frames from other radio apparatuses; an image comparator 270 which discriminates whether the frame stored in the memory 260 and the newest received frame are the same one or not whenever it receives frames from other radio apparatuses; and a control unit 250 which establishes the operation state of the radio apparatus 200 to be a stop state when the frames stored in the memory 260 for more than or equal to a predetermined period by the image comparator 270 and the received newest frames are discriminated to be the same one.
