HUMAN-DERIVED NUCLEIC ACID FOR SUPPRESSING EXPRESSION OF HIV PROTEIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a nucleic acid effective for treating or preventing HIV infectious disease on the basis of miRNA since existence of miRNA for suppressing production of HIV protein is not known.

SOLUTION: The human-derived nucleic acid for suppressing expression of HIV protein is provided by bonding to a base sequence composed of at least continuous 11 bases in a base sequence of mRNA transcribed from an HIV provirus. The human-derived nucleic acid is used for preventing or treating HIV infectious diseases.
