PURPOSE: A producing method of a minute oxide-based nano phosphor is provided to simplify the production process of the oxide-based nano phosphor with a nano sized narrow particle distribution range. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of oxide-based nano phosphor comprises the following steps: mixing metal halide, oleate, and a precipitate auxiliary compound with a solvent; precipitating an oxide-based nano phosphor precursor by irradiating microwaves toward the mixture; and plasticizing the precipitated precursor. The oxide-based nano phosphor is marked in a chemical formula of LnO_x:M(3+). In the chemical formula, Ln refers an element selected from the group consisting of Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Zn, Mn, Al, Ga, B, Y, La, Ce, Gd, Eu, Ce, Pr, Dy, Tm, Tb, Er, Yb, Sm, Er, Bi, Sb, Ge, Si, or Sn.
