PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for conducting heat which maintains excellent heat conductivity and fire retardancy, and is excellent in workability of sheet attachment. SOLUTION: A sheet for conducting heat has: a layer for conducting heat made up of heat conductive resin composition containing (A) 5-25 mass% of styrene thermoplastic elastomer, (B) 1-20 mass% of softener for rubber, (C) 70-94 mass% of metal hydroxide; and (D) an adhesion layer which is made up of acryl adhesive formed on at least one side of the layer for conducting heat.
