PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone conduction transmitting/receiving apparatus capable of perform comfortable transmission/reception even under a noisy environment by suppressing echo back and ensuring directivity of a directional microphone. SOLUTION: A bone conduction transmitting/receiving apparatus includes a bone conduction loudspeaker for converting sound information into mechanical vibration and a directional microphone 6 having high sensitivity with respect to a specific direction. The directional microphone 6 is housed in a directional microphone housing space 17 by fitting an inner cylindrical rib 11c, an outer cylindrical rib 11d and a cylindrical rib 12b, and the directional microphone housing space 17 is partitioned from an intra-flip space. Further, the directional microphone 6 is disposed so as to be partially held and floated inside the directional microphone housing space 17 via directional microphone supporting ribs 11b. The directional microphone holding ribs 11b, the inner cylindrical rib 11c, the outer cylindrical rib 11d and the cylindrical rib 12b are constituted of material having rigidity equal to or more than that of an upper flip 11 and a lower flip 12.
