<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor unit of an air conditioner capable of grounding electric charge generated on a rotating shaft of a fan motor, so-called shaft current, by using an existing member without newly installing an earth device. <P>SOLUTION: The shaft current generated on the rotating shaft 14a of the fan motor 14 is grounded through a conducting pin 17, disposed inside of a cross flow fan 11, and a slide bearing 19 rotatably pivoting the cross flow fan 11 by integrally molding the conducting pin 17 with the cross flow fan 11. Thus, it becomes unnecessary to newly install the earth device comprising an earth table, a brush, a supporting tool, and the like, inside the indoor unit, thereby costs can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
