<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact splitter module, having two or more optical splitter. <P>SOLUTION: The splitter module 1 includes a lower casing 2, and a upper casing 3 overlaid on the lower casing 2. A first optical splitter for branching a light signal into a plurality of parts is stored in the upper casing 3. An input side adapter socket 4 and an output side adapter socket 5 connected to the first optical splitter are mounted in the upper casing 3. A second optical splitter for branching a light signal into a plurality of parts is stored in the lower casing 2. Two output side adapter sockets 15 connected to the second optical splitter are mounted to the lower casing 2.
