PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capsule type endoscope 20 for efficiently receiving power, which is a capsule type medical device for performing prescribed processing inside the body of a subject 50. SOLUTION: The capsule type medical device includes: a power receiving coil 21 for wirelessly receiving power from the outside of the body of the subject 50; a processing circuit 25 for performing the prescribed processing; and a reactance element 23 for adjustment connected to the power receiving coil 21.
