PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To humidify highly-concentrated oxygen without increasing the number of parts or making large noises. SOLUTION: In an oxygen concentrator 10 for supplying highly-concentrated oxygen to a patient, a compressor 104 compresses raw air of the highly-concentrated oxygen. First and second sieve beds 110 and 111 generate highly-concentrated oxygen from the compressed material air. A humidifying tube 124A has, within itself, a flow passage for the generated highly-concentrated oxygen and humidifies the highly-concentrated oxygen flowing inside. Blowers 126A and 126B send air and form airflow channels for cooling air for the compressor 104. An enclosure 100 houses the compressor 104, the first and the second sieve beds 110 and 111, the humidifying tube 124A, and the blowers 126A and 126B. The humidifying tube 124A is arranged on the upstream side of the blowers 126A and 126B within the airflow channel of the cooling air. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
