PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woven fabric that is used in a three-dimensional shape as ornament, interior material, or the like, while making the best use of a surface pattern that a woven fabric essentially has and provides a new impression such as an uplifting feeling. SOLUTION: The woven fabric obtained by weaving warps and wefts includes core bodies which are flexible and retain a shape in the warp direction. The core bodies are arranged at both right and left end parts and covered with edge covers. The core bodies are arranged inside the folding back parts of the edge covers. The core bodies are used as a part of the warps. The core bodies and the warps form a warp structure and wefts are crossed between the core bodies and the warps forming the warp structure.
