PURPOSE: A soil nailing apparatus and a construction method thereof are provided to adamantly fix the tip-end of a nail which is inserted into a nail insertion hole. CONSTITUTION: A soil nail apparatus comprises a nail(20), a fixing shoe(40), and an anchorage(50). A nail comprises a male screw in the tip-end and a pressing protrusion on the circumference thereof. The fixing shoe comprises a wrap hole and a first taper part and is inserted into the end of the nail insertion hole. The anchorage comprises a binding member and is coupled with the front of the pressing protrusion of the nail.
