<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abrasive from being stuck to a workpiece especially during blasting in which fine powdered abrasive is used. <P>SOLUTION: The structure includes negative pressure areas 20a, 20b disposed to make an opening 22 face the surface of a workpiece W, a blast gun 30 and a blow nozzle 32 disposed in the negative pressure areas 20a, 20b to face the surface of the workpiece W through the opening 22. An injection hole 33 of the blow nozzle 32 is disposed adjacent to at least one side in an orthogonal direction to a traveling direction T of the workpiece W regarding an injection hole 31 of the blast gun 30. Induction air flow is generated to form a dispersion direction roughly parallel to the traveling direction T of the workpiece W when compression air is injected by the blow nozzle 32 to prevent the abrasive from being dispersed in the orthogonal direction to the traveling direction T of the workpiece W, and induce the abrasive to the front side and/or rear side of the traveling direction T of the workpiece W, thus implementing sucking and recovering through a pair of suction parts 21a, 21b opening on the front side in the induction direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
