<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device improved in conversion efficiency by suppressing a leak current by setting an electric conductivity rate after the exposure of hydrogen plasma in an appropriate range. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device 100 includes a photoelectric conversion layer 3 comprising at least two power generation cell layers 91, 92, and an intermediate contact layer 5 interposed between the power generation cell layers 91, 92 on a substrate 1.
