摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit and a power source voltage control system capable of assuring a correlation of a critical path and a monitor circuit, and obtaining a delay monitor with high precision by the minimum addition of circuits. <P>SOLUTION: An LSI 1101 includes: a voltage generating circuit 1109; a memory 1104; a flip-flop 1102 latching data written in the memory 1104; a writing side critical path 1103; a reading side critical path 1105; a flip-flop 1106 latching data to be read out; a critical path delay monitor 1107 controlling the voltage generating circuit 1109 and the memory 1104, and monitoring a critical path delay; a voltage control circuit 1111; a control resister 1108 controlling the operation of the control circuit; and a clock generating circuit 1110 outputting a required operation frequency.
