PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin external preparation in which a lipid-soluble component having various functionalities is enclosed or covered with a lamella structure comprising a fatty acid monoglyceride as a constituent component, usable for development of various cosmetics, having various functionalities and excellent storage stability. SOLUTION: The skin external preparation comprises a lamella structure composed of a fatty acid monoglyceride as a constituent component, a lipid-soluble component and a sucrose fatty acid ester and/or a polyoxyethylene-hardened castor oil.
