PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire fabric for the carcass of a pneumatic radial tire, which gives the carcass free from the disorder of fibers, even when polyketone fibers are used for warps, and not has a problem also on a weaving property. SOLUTION: The tire fabric using polyketone fibers as warps and fibers having a strength of not less than 3.0 N and a breaking elongation of not less than 5.5% as wefts and used for the carcass of a pneumatic radial tires uses cords prepared by paralleling glass fibers and spun yarns as the wefts of tabby portions at the starting and end portions of the tire fabric.
