<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately receive an outside load and make possible to surely keep desired sealing performance in simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell 10 includes a first electrolyte membrane-electrode assembly 12a and a second electrolyte membrane-electrode assembly 12b, a first separator 14, a second separator 16 and a third separator 18. A plurality of resin load receiving parts 50 are integrated in the outer peripheral part of the first separator 14, and a resin member 52 is integrally formed so as to circle each load receiving part 50 in the first separator 14. The resin member 52 has a bypass part 52a extending between the first sealing member 42 and the load receiving part 50, and both ends of the resin member 52 are terminated in the outer peripheral part of the first separator 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
