PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely prevent generation of flush of liquid refrigerant in a heating/cooling operation in which an air conditioning unit is kept in a heating state while cooling the inside of a storage by a cooling unit, in a refrigeration device in which a heat source-side unit, and the air conditioning unit and the cooling unit disposed at a lower part of the heat source-side unit are connected by four refrigerant pipes. SOLUTION: An indoor unit (50), a refrigerating unit (60) and a freezing unit (70) are connected with each other so that the refrigerant flowing out from the indoor unit (50) directly flows into the refrigerating unit (60) and the freezing unit (70), in the heating/cooling operation in which an indoor heat exchanger (51) is applied as a condenser while cooling the inside of the storage by a refrigerating heat exchanger (61) and a freezing heat exchanger (71).
