A crystal form of Adefovir Dipivoxil according to the present invention is an ethyl alcohol solvated form. A method for preparing the crystal form of Adefovir Dipivoxil comprises the steps of: dissolving Adefovir Dipivoxil into an anhydrous ethyl alcohol, and cooling and stirring the Adefovir Dipivoxil solution obtained by the dissolving step to form crystals. The crystal form of Adefovir Dipivoxil according to the present invention has superior solubility and velocity of dissolution, and excellent biosafety, and can be widely used in medical fields.
