PURPOSE: A local cooling and heating system using sewage waste heat are provided to use the sewage waste heat produced form a sewage treatment tank as a heat source for room cooling, room heating and water heating. CONSTITUTION: A local cooling and heating system using sewage waste heat comprises local cooling/heating heat pipes(12), a heat pump(20), and a hot water tank(30). The local cooling/heating heat pipes are connected to a sewage treatment tank(10) and a waste heat exchanger(11). The heat pump is connected to the local cooling/heating heat pipes to circulate the sewage waste heat created from the sewage treatment tank. The hot water tank is connected to the heat pump and a water heating source circulates through a hot water circulating line from the heat pump. A hot water supply line(32) is connected to the hot water tank.
