<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hypotensive substance that uses abundantly abandoned fish head, has a low harmful component content and a low cost and obtains an effect in a short time after administration even with a low dose. <P>SOLUTION: The hypotensive substance comprises a fish oil obtained by adding an equal amount of water to fish head, removing vapor for at least 60 minutes while heating under low pressure of -0.088 to -0.0971 MPaG at a temperature of 30-55°C, separating an extract, obtained by pressurizing and heating under pressure of 0.2 MPaG at a temperature of 60-120°C for at least 60 minutes while sealing a container as it is, into a liquid and a solid, allowing the liquid to stand and recovering it as a supernatant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
