<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating liquid supply system by which the inner wall of a branch pipe line is scraped and cleaned by a pig for the branched pipe and whose maintenance cost is low. <P>SOLUTION: The pig 7 for the branched pipe in a branch holder 4 is pushed and moved into a take-out block 5 by cleaning liquid pressure and after the pressure of the cleaning liquid in a main pipe 10 is reduced to zero, the cleaning liquid is injected into the branch pipe line 40 to push and move the pig 7 for branched pipe in the take-out block 5 to the branch holder 4 with the cleaning liquid pressure. The inner wall of the branch pipe line 40 is scraped and cleaned by the movement of the pig 7 for the branched pipe in the branch pipe line 40. Since coating liquid scum stuck on the inner wall of the branch pipe line is scraped and cleaned by the pig 7 for the branched pipe, it is not necessary to make the request of the periodical cleaning of the inner wall of the branch pipe line to a contractor and then the maintenance cost is made low. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
