<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire-inserting device capable of preventing water drops or sand from entering a vacuum suction device 1. <P>SOLUTION: A water drop separating tank 5 is provided on the midway to an air hose 2 for communicating a pipe 3 to the vacuum suction device 1.
