<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washer device capable of preventing water storage in a breathing pipe even when washing water is sprayed at high pressure when cleaning a vehicle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A waterproof cap 50 is suitable for a breathing pipe 38 communicated with the inside of a motor of a pump device 20. A communication passage 52 which is communicated with the breathing pipe 38 to guide air in a motor unit outside is formed in the waterproof cap 50. Further, an opening port 54 of the communication passage 52 is formed facing a wall surface 12A of a tank 12. By forming the opening port 54 facing the wall surface 12A, direct spraying of washing water sprayed at high pressure when washing a vehicle on a waterproof sheet 58 provided on the opening port 54 is prevented. Thus, passage of washing water through the waterproof sheet 58 is suppressed and ingress of water in the breathing pipe 38 can be prevented thereby. Ž<P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT Ž
