<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology of saving wiring generally in an equipment control system. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A common communication controller 20B is mounted on an equipment controller 1 having a controller 20A, and each of a plurality of an external signal repeater B18 and an external signal repeater A17. By connecting a communication A connection part 4 (communication A connection part 10) connected to the communication controller 20B, and a communication B connection part 9 (communication B connection part 15), the equipment controller 1 and the plurality of external signal repeater B18, the external signal repeater A17 and the equipment controller 1 are connected by one communication cable 6 and communication cable 11 in multiple stages. The equipment controller 1 controls an external device 8, an external device 12, and an external device 16 connected to an external input/output signal connection part 60.
