<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display board for a banner capable of further enhancing the eye-catching effects of the existing banner. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The display board is used, while being attached to the leading end, the so-called "rotating head" of a banner pole to be used for setting up the banner for making a horizontal rod fixed and rotated, then, the eye-catching effects of the existing well-known banner can be further enhanced; and further, by attaching a hook-and-loop fastener, even when the banner body is mounted on the pole, the display part of the display board can be freely attached/detached, and also, replaced. Additionally, by forming the display part using fluorescent colors or a reflecting material, the banner of high visibility in daytime and night time can be obtained.
