PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production of a composition including a stable IL-2 without including components derived from warm blooded organisms such as human, swine or bovine serum albumin, or carnitine. SOLUTION: The composition including at least IL-2, a sugar and/or a sugar alcohol, an amino acid, and an acid and a base if necessary, and additionally a surfactant if necessary shows scarcely any decline of contents of pertinent drugs even on temporal storage. In addition, the storage of the composition in a silicone-coated container can further inhibit the decline of the content of drugs. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
