<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle driving apparatus capable of suppressing increase in dimension in an axial direction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The driving apparatus 2 locks a first motor-generator 4 arranged in a power transmission path by using a brake 30. The first motor-generator 4 has an inner stator 4a fixed to a case 17, and an outer rotor 4b coaxially arranged on an outer circumference of the inner stator 4a.
