<p>A charging method and a device for link-establishment message are provided by the embodiment of the present invention, wherein the method includes: when receiving a first message of the link-establishment messages, determining the charging information of the link-establishment messages based on the quintuple information carried by the first message and the predetermined setting; and charging the link-establishment messages in accordance with the charging information. With the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to configuring different charging information for the link-establishment messages of different services, so as to charging the link-establishment messages flexibly.</p>
