<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ingredient hole-forming apparatus not destroying a part of the ingredient hole but surely forming an about triangular ingredient hole. <P>SOLUTION: The ingredient hole-forming apparatus 1 for rice ball production machine and for forming an ingredient hole S in rice P filled in a mold R for the rice ball and formed on the periphery of an intermittently rotating turn table Q has a platy ingredient hole-forming plate 11 for inserting from one edge side into the rice P in the mold R, wherein the rice P is horizontally eccentrically rotatable so as to form the ingredient hole S of about triangle by successively retreated to other two edge sides on a plane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
