The fitting unit (10) has a support surface (12), a counter bearing (14) and a spring element (16). The spring element is made from a foil material. The spring element rests at the counter bearing. The counter bearing supports the spring element in a direction, which runs from the spring element to the support surface and is perpendicular to the support surface. The foil material of the spring element consists of a thermoplastic, thermosetting polymer, elastomer or metal or combination of these materials. The counter bearing consists of metal, plastic or glass-fiber reinforced plastic. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a fitting unit.
