The module (100) has two housing parts (10, 20) that are connected with each other in a region of housing sections (12, 22) via a sealing agent in sections, in a form-fit or force-fit manner. An interconnect device (1) is arranged in an internal space provided between the housing parts. The sealing agent is formed by edges (31) of a film (30) that is applied on two sides (3, 4) of the device via components (2) of the device in order to mechanically fasten the components to the device. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an electronic module.
