The device (1) has a supporter (3) at which one of two heating sections (5) is arranged. The heating section has a heating resistor (15) that exhibits positive temperature coefficient-characteristics in sections. The resistor is arranged between two contact conductors (11.1, 11.2). The two heating sections exhibit different electrical characteristics such as electrical resistances and thermal behaviors. The conductors and the resistor are electrically connected for partial passing of current perpendicular to an extension direction of the section, during operation of the device.
