The device (1) has a top plate (4) and a mounting plate (5) connected with each other, where the device is connected with a projection wall (3). The mounting plate is fitted with multiple fasteners, where the mounting plate sets a position of a projector against the top plate. Multiple holes (11) are formed in the top plate, and an audio amplifier controls a loudspeaker (13). The top plate and the mounting plate are extended to a side of the loudspeaker. Multiple protective units prevent accident removal of the projector.
